Xingtai Fangyuan Textile Printing & Dyeing Group Co., Ltd. is the only one big-sized (Grade 1) enterprise specialized in spinning, weaving, printing and dyeing of textiles in Hebei Province. Its main equipment includes spinning machines of 110,000 yarn spindles and 160,000 thread spindles, German Xilafu open-ending spinning machines of 2432 spindles, 2500 sets of wide and ultra wide GA615 shuttle weaving machines and Sumit rapier looms, 1 Japanese automatic baste assembly line, 1 Italy and 1 Switzerland flat screen printing machine, Holland 16-color ultra-wide rotary printing line, 1 laser carving and plate making system, 1 Zuke sizing machine and 1 Beninge warping machine. These equipment makes us the largest manufacturer for yarns in Hebei Province. We can annually produce 24,000 tons of cotton yarns, 57 million meters of gray fabrics, 10 million meters of dyed and printed decorative fabrics,1.95 million pieces of bed sheets and 1 million pieces of other bedding articles.
"Ouniu Brand" carded and combed cotton yarn and OE yarn of cotton and polyester/cotton, "Yudie Brand" bedding articles, gray fabrics and printed and dyed decorative fabrics are our key products which total 4 series or more than 100 types. They have been awarded Gold Prize several times by the state. Among them, the newly developed static-electricity-free yarn and fabric and the 16-color ultra-wide decorative fabric have filled the blankness in the related field in Hebei Province. We also cooperated with Chinese Textile Science Research Institute to produce anti-far infrared ray fabric and imitation fabric with the effect like graduated yarn-dyeing, slub, wax-like and knot dyeing. Now our products can be categorized into 4 series of natural, fashion, imitation and specialty or over 70 types, among which the "Daoxiangjing" printed jacquard-like package for hotels won the "Excellent Prize of Bedding" in the 2000 Chinese International Textiles Exhibition. In terms of economic benefits, the Group occupies the 2nd position in the field in Hebei Province and is listed in the Top 50 Textile Enterprises in China as well as one of the Top 100 Enterprises in Hebei Province. Mr. Song Xitian, General Manager, is the Model Worker of the state and the province and the Model for Enterprise Reform.
We have set up a printing & dyeing experimentation base and printing & dyeing experiment plant jointly with Chinese Textile Science Institute and started all-round cooperation with it in the field of textile printing and dyeing. So now we are not only equipped with the advanced 16-color ultra-wide rotary printing assembly line, but also have the best researchers and experts and have become the largest state-level textile printing and dyeing research and production base with the best technology and equipment in north China.
